I had placed an order over the phone for my coworker and I. From the moment I walked in the door, one of the workers, I think she was the manager, was so rude. She was snapping. First she asked if I placed an order. When I said yes, she said they didn’t get any order for me. The other employees said, they had the order. She argued with them about it. Then finally stopped. Then I went to pay. They then told me they can’t take my debit card because their computers were down. I asked, why didn’t anyone tell me that on the phone? The manager tried to tell me the phone was breaking up when she spoke to me so she couldn’t. I find it strange that she first said I didn’t place an order then she suddenly remembers taking it. I told her, the phone was not breaking up when I called. I had to leave without our lunches. I work at a hospital and I was on my break. If I would have been told I needed cash, I could have come prepared. But I did not have time to go get money and come back. I have never had bad service at this location. But this person/ manager was out of line the way she spoke to me. And when I left another customer came up to me and said that was ridiculous how she spoke to you.

Fast, friendly service. Smells like freshly done fries and made me even hungrier than I already was. Can't wait to get home and dig in!

The food is prepared fresh when you order and they have some good flavor combinations. I didn't care for the multi grain bread. Other than that my sandwich was good. Cooks were good, but the older guy at the counter had some challenges when trying to communicate. It made for an unpleasant service experience.

The Belden location does a better job...sandwich haphazardly assembled, drink system provided beverage of just carbonated water, fries were cold after the 3 minute drive back to the office (they had to be cold going into the bag), wait time longer than expected... take the time and drive to Belden.
