Was treated rudely by an elderly lady because she wouldn't take my money. Last I checked a $100 bill is legal tender and yes it was not Counterfeit. Wasted my time and I honestly felt bad for the young man working with her. If you don't take $100 bills maybe have a sign or tell people In advance. You never know the situation of people and maybe that's the only bill they have at the time. I love Subway, but until that rude lady is gone, I will no longer be purchasing from this location.

Good sandwiches. This location is sometimes understaffed, but employees do a great job of keeping up with demand.nnPresently, there is no indoor seating available at this location.

Used the app, they took the money. Went to pick up order and Manager Nadine became rude and told us if we wanted our order we needed to pay again after showing her the bank had already been charged then she told us go to your bank I can’t deal with this your bank can. Which ticks me off more because I called corporate for assistance and the operator hung up on me. Two weeks ago we bought from Uniontown store and all 3 of us were sick for 2 days with gastrointestinal issues brought on by eating from there. Now the store is closed very suspect. I will never go to subway again, once upon a time they knew what they were doing and had great customer service, now they act mad they have to even work. Attitude and anger don’t sit well with me when it was the application issue, had proof it was paid , and she still made us pay again.

Went to get my husband a sandwich today. I was not greeted, I was not thanked, I was not asked if I need an additional items. I went a week ago while on my lunch break and the same girl waited on me, name tag says Nat on her hat. She was not friendly last time either, I chalked it up to she maybe was having a bad day. Today she treated the gentleman behind me with more courtesy. I don't personally know this young lady but I feel.she needs to treat everyone with the same courtesy. The store was dirty sandwich papers all over and all foods scattered into other containers. I feel that the owner or franchisee should know what is going on in the store and with employees level of customer service.
