Disappointing night. Cheesy roll-ups had a few onions in them. I've had probably 100 of these over the years, but never with onions. Bean burrito with requested extra cheese - extra charge - had so little cheese that I had to open it up to see if there was any cheese at all. Again, this is an item that I have ordered several times before, but it was never like this. I called the manager to let her know, just in case there was someone new working or someone else not paying attention. She didn't really seem to care.nnThis KFC/Taco Bell has a reputation for being extremely slow and less than accurate, yet I believe in giving second, third, even fourth chances. After this evening, I'm not so sure. If the manager doesn't seem interested in what's going on, why should the employees care.

This place is absolutely pathetic. I’ve been sitting at drive thru for over 10 mins and no one has acknowledged me. When someone finally did they acted as if I was putting them out by ordering food. Not to mention they never get the orders right. It’s not our fault your job sucks so don’t take it out on us. I wrote about 90% of this while waiting for someone to ask me for my order. Four more cars have gotten in line since I’ve been sitting here.

Look, I know there is a virus out there and some people have unfortunately passed away, but basic hygiene and you’ve got nothing to worry about. The dining room shouldn’t be closed unless you’re in a hotspot area. This whole response is utterly overblown. I for one will never sacrifice my freedom in the name of safety. People when we let those politicians who have vested interests, start dictating to us about what is safe and trying to enforce draconian laws. This is what we get, and this is just the tip of the iceberg.....
