Didn't know if u buy a month of washes they continue to bill you the next month without asking you even when your not going. They should tell u this or be able to opt out in clear view. I only knew by my bank .nWasher wheels are kind of harsh for the results.never been impressed with wash results.
car wash was so aggressive it literally yanked the fender off of my car
Prices seem fair and car comes out clean.
The car wash is good, but every time I've been to their Hartville touchless, the card reader hasn't worked, and the last time I went to their Hartville touch wash the card reader didn't work there either. Doesn't matter how good the wash is if I can't pay for it. Tried to contact them via email and got no response.
Customer service is lacking, when I had an issue with my monthly plan I couldn't get anyone to address the problem in person. When I finally did, they were mad at me for having a problem before begrudgingly fixing it. Wash is good quality though.
