I like their new video ordering system. You put your order in the computer and they make it. It's pretty cool. Service was quick and friendly too

I am a frequent customer here.nI ordered crunchy taco supremes which are supposed to have diced tomatoes on top.nnThere were none.nThis is tomato season.nNo excuse.nnAlso they seal the bags now and took napkins out of the lobby.nnI asked for sauce and napkins when I ordered. I picked up the order after a restroom break.nnI hurried out. Later broke the bag seal.nNo napkinsnNo saucenNo tomatoesnSkimpy tacosnnGrrr.

I called in to ask them to start my order before I arrived. I had already paid so regardless of whether I showed up to get the food, this should not have been a problem. But whoever I spoke to said it was not their policy and I would have to come in. I did just that. Informed her of my mobile order and she handed me my drink. 10 mins later I am wondering where my food is but I am patient since the drive through is busy. A guy walked in and ordered at the kiosk. His food is done 5 mins later and its at this point I am wondering why I dont have my food. It was not even in the process of being made and had I not spoke up about it, I would have been there much longer. Forgot my straw and didn’t give me the amount of sauce I specifically asked for.

Guess the cooler froze, or somebody decided to store tomatoes and lettuce in the freezer. Either way they still put frozen veggies on all the chalupas and tacos. Geez that's so gross. Half frozen half warm, just like my current tolerance for taco bell.

I love this taco Bell They always make it like it should be made instead of eating a taco that is just shell you actually might get something in the middle of it sometimes it takes a little bit long to get through the line but totally worth it. I do wish they stayed open a little bit later for my late night cravings though us folks that live about 20 minutes away Sure would appreciate that
