This is the 2nd time we’ve ordered from the subway app for pickup and this is the 2nd time they screwed up our order. The bread is NEVER fresh here in the first place. We ordered 4 subs all with different cheeses. They put provolone on ALL our subs. We only wanted it on one. They didn’t warm up the meats as requested. Basically screwed up all 4 subs!! Whoever made them is either illiterate or lazy!

You'd think that a sub place would know how to construct a proper sub. An inch and a half of bread at each end with nothing on it. All the dressings are put on last so it's a complete disaster when opened. If you want it hot but not toasted they'll put the entire sub in the microwave instead of just the meat. The employees are in desperate need of proper training.nThe last 3 times in a row I couldn't get a meatball sub. First it was wraps only, no sub bread at all, the next two times they simply had no meatballs. 3 weeks in a row I couldn't get the most popular sub.nThe restroom (mens) feels like a shady motel restroom, dirty, falling apart...nThe food service and seating areas are typically clean.

Very polite, professional employees. Very rarely have to wait for my order to be taken. Sanwiches made as requested. No problems here.

Placed an online order for 6 subs got home realized the order was wrong every sub had something wrong with them I talked to 3 people and after being passed on to someone else who claimed to be the District manager my people skills we shot I asked for a credit on my order he told me to drive 25 min to return the subs or take a picture to receive a credit do not go to this location
