Don't bother moving in here if you enjoy your sleep, property Management could care less about when contractors are working, currently there is about three Mack trucks outside unloading equipment getting ready to rip up the parking lot of my apartment (Building 3) at 630 in the morning with no regard to the residence here. So if you work nights don't bother with Talbot woods. it might be cheap but you get what you pay for.

Do not live here, yes cheap, however when something is broken don't expect it to be fixed. Debby is very kind sweet woman however Tammy the purple haired tyrant makes up excuses for not fixing things and is very rude. Ask any tenant if you go and visit. Also buildings are old and falling apart and barley maintain. So if you do plan on living here expect on doing your own maintenance. Because trying to get someone to fix something is like pulling teeth. Would not recommend our previous experience to anyone happy to be out.

This apartment was perfect for my son and I while we were building a new home . Two bedrooms two baths I didn’t know any of the neighbors but they were very friendly .nnThe office was very responsive to any issues . The building we were in was very dated but for the money it was a great value and I would recommend to anyone looking .
