Terrible management was glad we were in a position to sell. If you needed something done it came with a huff and a puff need a mailbox fixed becomes a hassle on whose job it is the condo or the post office until this day despite the company who shovels and broke my tail light I never got the 250 I paid out of pocket to fix. God forbid kids should play and be loud without neighbors complaining and if your on the board you seem to get your stuff fixed and problems resolved a lot faster. I still feel if you oversee or manage the property you should not be allowed to be on the condo board. Had great neighbors WITH the exception of one and when things got bad with him they were no help it was call the police. Too bad that complex we lived in had a lot of potential if there was a better sense of management.

I worked with Monica Kavanaugh at Debbie Blais Real Estate and I can not recommend her too highly. We bought a mobile home in Lakeville and she was originally the seller's agent. She became a dual agent to represent both us the buyer and the seller.nnShe was tireless in answering our questions, meeting with us numerous times at the property and really looking out for us as the buyers. She was the go between between us and the seller and also helped us in communication with our home inspector, closing attorney, and Mobile Home Association.nnShe was always friendly, courteous and professional and returned all our voice messages and emails promptly - which is pretty rare these days.nnI think this level of service is even more amazing when you take into account that she was being paid by the seller and not by us the buyers. She really went out of her way to make our buying experience very smooth, quick, and comfortable.nnI can not recommend Monica too highly.
