Quality and service went down. I ordered steak and cheese toasted with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and light hots and only received light hits with pickles. The cheese on the steak and cheese was not even melted.nnManager called me back after I called to complain and stated that the sandwich was made correctly! The receipt clearly shows what I ordered. Can anyone do their jobs right?nnI will never order from here again. This was not the first time my order was made incorrectly.

Exceptional food, very kind employees, constantly good vibes. They charge affordable prices and the food quality is very good. Keep it up.
After being left on hold with another establishment that found it too hard to comprehend a small order for takeout , I hung up & called Baldies Pizza Takeout. Ordered the Aloha Pizza, a mouthwatering & very tasty quahog, & cheeseburger & fries meal. Quoted 25 minutes & food was being brought out as I entered the takeout area. Greeted by 3 very courteous & hospitable female employees. Food was delicious as always.......Suggestion: stick with a place that makes good food & employs friendly & professional staff.
Loved the potato skins. So simple yet many places get it wrong, not here. They were delicious!nAll of the food was good and the service was fast and friendly. (Walk-in / take out order)
