Burgers are freshly made not frozen, hand cut fries from Idaho potatoes and everything is made to order and does not sit under a heat lamp. Milkshakes are to die for!! Friendly staff always quick to serve the food hot and fresh to you.
Always great food and service. The people there are very kind and delightful. As of May 30th dine-in is available with tables 6ft apart.
If you like Five Guy's Burgers you know what to expect. My experience at this particular one: courteous and efficient staff and the food quality was very good.
I ordered regular fries with my burger 4.29 and received all these little pieces of fries, not a single long fry, very disappointed !!
Took a chance ]on Five Guys today, it was a rather disappointing experience! The young man behind the counter taking orders was very polite and did a good job. The rest of the employees were making a lot of noise , so much that people couldn't hear the order numbers being called out. The speed at which they completed cooking the orders was really quick , too quick I'd say. When we got home and went to eat our meals the burgers were undercooked and none of our burgers had all the toppings ordered. Oh yeah the fries were also half the size and overcooked. We tried to call to complain but all three times nobody answered! So I would say it's a gamble to go there. There are plenty of other burger joints in town!
