Waited in lobby an hour and 15 min when I was told it would be 20 minutes. Ignored by several employees. They did comp me the food for my wait, which is why there are 3 stars. Took the pizza home, and the pizza dough was raw, so i did not even eat it. The breadsticks were fine, so at least there was that. If you're gonna have me wait, make it right. And just inform your customers it will be an hour. I would not be so upset if I was told a real eta. I was not the only one in the lobby waiting 30 plus extra minutes for their food.nnUpdate: owner called and made things right. Never had an issue before this, so may have been an off night. Definitely impressed by owner.
Went with my girlfriend a few days back and ordered a pepperoni/sausage pizza and mozzarella sticks and it was very good. The service was quick and I even saw them kneading fresh dough in the back!
Love their Italian subs!! Friendly people.
