They've made lots of changes to improve the Strongsville location. One time users need to be in the left lane. A nice man helped me with selections and payment. In and out quickly! Nice to get the winter salt off my SUV.
Working and excellent condition vacuum hoses. This car wash is excellent and provides excellent service every time I visit! Will sign up for membership soon.
Had a really bad experience. Was pulling into the belt and was going slow and the guy, I found out later his name is Connor (brunette dude) made me pull down my window to yell at me for going too slow. I wanted to make sure I was going into the belt correctly. I go to the car wash maybe one every 3 months, and this is why I’m nervous to go. Imagine if it was my first time there and I didn’t know what I was doing. don’t think this guy should be working there with that attitude.
It's fine. Vacuums are nice. Wash isn't great. I've washed 3 different vehicles there, a sedan, Jeep and a large pickup and neither were completely cleaned when they came out regardless of what wash I bought. Dryers aren't good either which creates a little traffic jam on exit since everyone is hand drying their cars. I suppose the route to go would get the unlimited wash membership because you'll need to go thru the wash twice to get your vehicle cleaned well.
Many free high powered vacuum bays, best vacuums I've seen at a car wash! Infrared heat along with forced air for drying.
