I have dealt with this company last year, dealing with them again... good straight lumber,...thx 9, lol
Went with my wife to look at a sliding patio door that had been spec’d out by our contractor. All we needed to do was finalize handle, features,etc. Four sales guys hiding behind plexiglass. We ask for the door rep, two of the four say he’s not in. We ask if someone could show us the door and accessories. No help. Have to come back on Monday. I have the door info. Can’t help you, come back Monday. They just lost a door order and a new window order. We’ll go to a business that actually wants business.
Most of us just run to Depot or Lowes out of habit but I would recommend checking these guys out first for a wide variety of home projects. Nice atmosphere and way more helpful than the big box stores.
I have been dealing with Bernard Daniels for over 40 years... never had a problem with anyone there or got a cheap product... always quality and professional members there...
Stopped in this morning to look at a patio door that our contractor asked us to approve. Men there refused to help us and told us to come back Monday. All we needed to do is look at the door. We had model number and specs. They still refused. Unbelievable.
