George did a terrific job installing our new water heater, sump pump with battery back-up, and .replaced some corroding copper pipe. He went out of his way to make sure we had a great heater and pump that will last. He even drove from one side of Columbus to the other just to get the back-up system and pump that he recommended to us! He could have purchases a cheaper and less quality one closer. That is great customer service!! He arrived on time, cleaned up all the mess, was professional, friendly, and did an excellent job. I highly recommend this company and will call them in the future for our plumbing needs!! Thanks guys!!!

PLEASE READ ENTIRE REVIEW!nnNot real happy, actually quite upset with my recent service call. We were quoted $5500.00 for a problem another company fixed in 30 minutes for a $100.00 service call. Feels like The Service Company was trying to rip me off.nnAfter reading the owner's response to my review, and contacting them as requested, I've decided to add a little more information. The Service Company did respond to my emergency call in a timely manner, and the price was reasonable for coming out after midnight, $159.00. Jay, the technician that came out was very friendly, and polite. He diagnosed our problem as our well pump had quit working. It was actually just a capacitor in the switch box on the wall. The owner's response said my only problem was with the price I was quoted. My problem was not only the price I was quoted (4 times what the company that actually fixed the problem quoted for the same work, new pump and pressure tank), but the fact Jay didn't know what the real problem was. He then gave me a $5500.00 estimate for work I didn't need. He called back in the morning to offer financing at 18 months same as cash. As I wrote earlier, I called them to resolve the situation and was given a very shortnapology. The office manager said she heard we had some family problems happening, as if that explained why I was so upset about the quote. I don't like being ripped off regardless of having a family member dying, or not.

After leaving messages for multiple other plumbers for an urgent weekend repair, and not receiving any responses, I finally came across The Service Company, and I couldn’t be more thankful! Everyone I spoke to was extremely professional and helpful. Jay was able to make it to my house and snake the roof drain within 2 hours of my call on a Sunday. Jay was professional and efficient and got the job done. He is extremely knowledgeable and shared some tips for avoiding future issues. I’ll be using The Service Company again!

The service was great, the technician was great and very courteous as well. However it cost $306 to reseat a toilet that was leaking. Literally it was pulling the toilet and putting a new wax ring and a water supply on it. Was as straightforward as they come. We had this done last year when we lived in Omaha and it was only $125. I was expecting $200 tops. I found out that I could have used a coupon that would have saved me a bit, but I was surprised the technician was not trained to let a first time customer know about the coupon.nnAgain, their service was great. They told me the cost when they were in the house but by then I just wanted to get it fixed. They do good professional work but this is WAY too high of a cost for the work that was done. I know the technician does not set the price so nothing on him.

Jay came out for a service call for me and I learned more about my home in the hour and a half that he was here than I did during my home inspection and well any other time I've made a service call to any other company. If you are looking for an honest, knowledgeable company for work on your plumbing and drains don't even call anyone else! More reviews coming once the work is finished.
