I have been looking for a local nail salon for a while now, I was going out of town and paying over 40 freaking dollars just for a fill! I go to Hannaford all the time so I figured I’d give them a try and I’m so happy I did! I called and made an appointment which I ended up running late so I called to see if they could still take me and they were very polite and understanding. I really don’t understand how there are all these bad reviews because my experience was completely the opposite. Julie and Kent were so sweet and I was out of there in less than an hour and when I say my nails were bad it’s an understatement! 2 of them needed to be replaced and one of them Kent did and then right before they were ready to paint he didn’t like how one of them looked so he went through the trouble to take it off and replace that one also. I left there very happy and definitely excited I found a place like them right down the street from my house. In bringing my mom back with me next time and I don’t plan on going anywhere else. I would definitely recommend checking them out! I didn’t know how hard it is to take a “ good” picture of my hands but I tried...

Today I got my first “dip” manicure...picked a color..they didn’t have it, that’s fine. Picked another and she started doing my nails. I felt the whole time that she didn’t know what she was doing because the “nail polish” looked bumpy and overdone. I figured she would buff them down a bit at the end. She did but no where near enough. She made two of my fingers bleed from the over buffing. My nails look atrocious. They looked better when I didn’t have them done to be honest. Asked me if I’d like my eyebrows done...rude and insulting. Don’t push other services on people.

I was there a couple of weeks ago and Lynn did my nails and it looked absolutely stunning!! and Tom did my toes and they still look as fresh as they were when i first go them done! I would recommend anyone to this place! Especially with the two people I mentioned

Horrible experience. This was first and last experience at Fancy Nails and Spa. Out of my 10 fingers, not one of my nails are the same length or shape as another. Three nails aren’t even painted on the sides, which is my biggest pet peeve. The used a small body heater to dry the acrylic instead of a nail dryer. The women doing my nails seemed miserable and unimpressed that I showed at 2:15PM on a Saturday to get a fill. There was a total of two customers including myself as well as two staff. If the staff should get annoyed that customers enter the establishment, they shouldn’t be open.

Poor service they don’t say thank you when you gave them tips they expected more and speaking Vietnamese language they don’t do design well , never will recommend someone
