This place is a must for any (model) train enthusiast or anyone nearby who appreciates attention to detail and hard work! I'd opine that it's worth a drive from at least two hours away if not longer! You'll wonder whether this is a basketball court sized room full of model trains or if you stepped outside and are seeing the real thing!? I don't want to ruin the many surprises you'll see in their layout but I have to say the roller coaster was both unexpected and awesome! Drop on in and check this place out, you won't be sorry you did!
What a amazing place. If you love model railroading then this is the place for you. The family is very interacting and some of the best people I've ever met..
Don't miss it! Enormous layout of model trains (mostly Lionel). Elaborate animated displays. Friendly staff. The locomotives in the railyard and roundhouse are very impressive. Regrettably, only had about an hour to spend there, but will go back in order to enjoy it more thoroughly for a longer stay.
My son and enjoyed the experience. It is small but seeing the model trains and everything was very cool. My son has always been fascinated with trains and this museum was well worth coming out to see.
If you are a fan of model trains this is a place to go, they have a special lay out. I was there over an hour and didn't see everything, the owners are friendly and answer any questions you might have. Know doubt I will return at least two more times in 2020 they have a section under construction, can't wait to see it. Well worth the drive from Youngstown.
