Had a water heater that died this weekend. Went through Home Depot to get a replacement because I was hoping to get as quick service as possible and figured they would have some available contractors.nSome issues with the space the water heater is located on the first day. Five Star came out but the plumber was nice enough to write everything down and give me another estimate. Less than 24 hours later, the work was done. No issues, Plumber was professional and quick. When you're in a situation where you are without hot water, it's not critical but you hope to get it taken care of ASAP. These guys contacted me within 12 hours of inquiring at Home Depot, they set up the appointment the same day and literally had it installed by the next. Will definitely call them again if I have future plumbing issues. I've had some contracting nightmares over the years, this guy was quick and efficient and got it done.

Horrible customer service, could not perform the work and just left me without help. The owner said he would come over to try to resolve the problem and did not call or show up after I waited on him all day. I had to call professional company to fix my problem.

5 out of 5 Stars - Plumbing Representatives did a excellent job installing a new garbage disposal I purchased from Home Depot. Only one small issue (water Leak) occurred after the first tech left and without hesitation they came back within 50 min. to address and fix the problem! These guys are great. I would highly recommend them. Retired US Army Veteran. Thanks!

Five Star plumbing installed a water heater in my house yesterday.their serviceman did a professional job in a timely manner,left no mess behind.I bought the water heater @ Lowes,Five Star was Lowes sub contractor who installed the unit.
