Doing Business as Five Star PlumbingnnNot happy with paying 400 dollars for an hours work. Add ons marked up 100% after a 279 charge do not seem right. The work was done quickly, and from my view done well. But the add on charges of a hundred bucks for at best 40 dollars in parts is obscene.nnWhile claiming I must buy these as it code they also charged me for a permit that was not pulled as of the time they did the work.
Calling themselves “Five Star Plumbing”. Called to get an estimate and possible work done and am located in Springboro as well. Advised I’d get a call and he’d be by in the afternoon. Waited all afternoon at the house, as I have no water, and finally received a call the next morning after 9am saying they got back late and would be by that day. I understand things come up, but a phone call would have been nice so I could set up with another company possibly or at least so I wasn’t waiting all evening for them. No, “sorry about yesterday” until I advised that I would going with another company and got an “ok. Sorry.” Text. Doesn’t seem to care about customers stuck without water or needing services, or wasting their only off day waiting on him. Doesn’t seem to want new business so I’ll take mine elsewhere.
