RK Plumbing was wonderful!! Rick answered my call and came to our house immediately to replace our water heater! He did a fantastic job, was very professional, and we are thankful for his quick response. 10/10 recommend!

I couldn't be happier with the service received by Rick with RK Plumbing and HVAC. Our water heater died on a Friday night. When I called (close to 9pm), Rick answered and told me he was able to come out to our house Saturday morning. He gave me all of the costs upfront on the phone so we knew exactly what to expect.nnRick arrived first thing in the morning. He was polite, friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. We have very hard water and no water softener at this time, so he recommended flushing our water heater every 6 months (you wouldn't believe how much lime was built up in the old one!!!) and even let me take a video of him explaining how to do that.nnWe will definitely be calling Rick for any future needs we have!

Rick was an absolute life-saver. We had a horrible experience with another company that was assigned to us through our home warranty. I called RK Plumbing and HVAC to try to find some help in a new town that I didn't know. Rick came out within hours of first contacting him and was able to fix the furnace on site right away. He even stuck around for a few minutes to make sure that the furnace was back to working order properly before he left our home. We went three days with no heat in our home waiting for the other company to order parts that we ended up not even needing! I would highly recommend RK Plumbing and HVAC to any person in the Dayton area. They are kind, helpful, knowledgeable and honest! Thank you so much for helping our family!!

Highly recommend RK plumbing. Rick returned my call ON CHRISTMAS DAY and showed up at 7:45am today. My water heater was replaced by 11am!!nSuper thankful for his super quick response time. He also took the time to explain to us how to properly flush the water tank to avoid future repairs.
