If I could give them a zero I would. I’ve had the worst experience with this company as a customer then I may have ever had anywhere else ever.nnI wrote a check that came back NSF. I went to my bank and my bank said they did not see the check even trying to come through and that the funds are in my account so they were confused.nnTim, the owner called me and said he need another check with a $35 fee added and I requested a copy of the NSF check. I never received a copy of the NSF check but Tim was near my house and said he could come pick up the new check, out of the concern and confusion and walking out the door, I wrote another check for a higher amount without a copy of the returned check at that time. He picked it up.nnTwo days later I had an ACH withdrawal out of my account for $41. It stated it was a Weathermaster fee.nnI never gave them any permission to withdraw money out of my account by ACH. The second higher amount check cleared my account the next day.nnFive days later the first check (NSF) cleared my account.nnAt this point I have paid them twice and an additional $80 with no proof from my bank that a check even tried to come through the first time.nWHAT A MESS!nnSo like any normal concerned person would, I call and leave a voicemail. No response. I texted Tim (the owner) because he and I have been in open communication via text just fine up until this point. No response. It was like pulling teeth to even get a response over this matter when they had been very easy to contact up into this point.nIt was like pulling teeth to even get a response over this matter when they had been very easy to contact up until this point.nnThree days later I sent an email and I get a response from a person who won’t even tell me who I’m responding to. I have never seen a business handle a situation like this so poorly.nnIt’s a week later and I still don’t have a refund, I still have never received the decency of a phone call to discuss the issue (which is all I wanted in the beginning) and after several requests I still have no idea who I’m corresponding with an email.nI did hear that his elderly mother runs the office so that is who I am assuming I am speaking with in email.nIt literally blows my mind. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE.nnI don’t know about you but $900 is a lot to me and to have a company tell me “I don’t know what to tell you, you need to call our bank.” Is unacceptable!!nI didn’t write your bank a check. I did not do business with your bank. Your bank did not do a service for me. YOU DID.nI provided them a letter from my bank and screenshots of all of these transactions that have went down and they still refuse to believe that any of this happened.nI then get a letter saying that I’m being slanderous and to cease contact with them?? I had done nothing but state facts and prove to them money had been deducted from my account twice and I paid two fees.nAt this point I’m not sure if they had me write two checks on purpose or if they truly just have no idea how the banking system operates. Either way,nIt has been the worst experience of my life and I cannot tell you enough how awkward and rude Tim was and how incompetent his office is.nnI hope I save someone else from the hardship I’ve endured by writing this review.
