This place is awesome. Beyond the free vacuums, the men who work here are awesome. They inspect your car before you go in the wash itself to see if you need an extra spray down. Most recently, I went after my car went into a ditch and had a ton of frozen mud underneath the hub caps. They helped me get all of it off! Great service and great value
I have been using this car wash since I moved to springboro I’ve had no issues at all I LOVED it, but today I went to vacuum my car and got the deluxe car wash and the 3$ up charge. When I came out of the car wash I had noticed CHIPS ON MY WINDOW! So I went back and spoke with someone and he tried to blame them on me. He said it was rocks underneath my car that if it was their fault multiple cars would’ve been complaining of the same issue, etc. My car window was chipped in MULTIPLE PLACES and not one person tried to help me with my issue but tried to play the blame game. This is a poor establishment and I will never be back nor will I ever suggest this place to ANYONE! This was a brand new car which I had just got not even a week ago. Poor employees poor establishment. If I could give less then 1 star I most definitely would.
It's a decent car wash. Nothing stood out as spectacular. My car is white, so it never gets all the way cleaned going through automated car washes.
Great car wash but Punctuality is not their best suit the business says it opens at 8 am and they are never on time it’s usually way after 9 am before anybody shows up
Gets your car good and clean. Not real convenient. You have to stop and select if you want ceramic coat and if you want a receipt. Plus they put tape on your rear windshield. Which causes a mess.
