Within three hours of my initial call to Tim, Nick and Dustin were at my house and getting to work. Both were amazingly efficient and very courteous and professional. I had gotten in over my head with this install and they exceeded my expectations and I'm so grateful I chose Tim Jones and Son Plumbing. I will definitely use them for all of my plumbing needs in the future.

I called first thing on a Friday morning in regards to our water heater not working correctly. He called back instantly and confirmed they would be as soon as possible as they had a couple stops to attend before coming here. They showed up that afternoon, found the problem and were able to fix it. Both gentlemen were very professional, great communicators and overall enjoyable to be around! I wish I could give them 100 stars! Keep up the good work!

We were losing water pressure due to old plumbing pipes. Nick and Dustin came in examined the situation told me what need replaced and gave me a very good estimate. We had them come back 2 weeks later and they replaced and removed all the old plumbing and installed 2 new faucets. These gentlemen were very professional and got the job done right and the price was very good. I will continue to use this business in the future for any plumbing issues. They did and excellent job!!!!

I had an emergency plumbing issue on a weekend and called Tim Jones plumbing. His son came out within the hour and diagnosed and fixed my issue. This had been an ongoing issue where my sink would clog and back up through the garbage disposal and this time it finally would not go down and instead caused both sides of my sink to fill with old food and sewage...they found the problem in my basement and had it fixed within an hour or so of arriving at my home. It’s been a long time since I’ve dealt with such a responsive, knowledgeable and honest business...refreshing to know some business still maintain an old fashioned work ethic!!! 5 stars all the way!!
