Gordon and his whole team at Oakwood Plumbing are outstanding. They repaired and replaced 95% of the waterlines in my home over the last two days. The team was helpful, friendly and took great care in keeping my home clean. They were so knowledgeable, I felt very secure in their ability to complete the work needed. Oakwood Plumbing arrived at my home each dat at the time promised and completed the work exactly on the time table they anticipated. It was also very easy to connect with them over text or telephone. The final touch was coming back into my kitchen after the work was completed to find they had even re-hung the artwork on the walls and not a speck of dirt was left behind. They went over and above anyone I've ever had in my home.

I called Oakwood Plumbing in order to set up a time for them to come and look at a number of issues that need to be addressed in our new home (including helping us set up our gas stove and water softener, repairing a small waterline leak, and figuring out water pressure issues); the receptionist said that they would charge $49 to visit the home and then $29.50 for every 15 minutes they were there once they arrived--even if they did no labor at all while they were here. The receptionist was difficult to communicate with and honestly, kind of rude; she just kept saying they don't do free estimates (which we weren't asking them to do--paying the visit fee is understandable!). Overall, it definitely felt like they didn't want our business.

This company is extremely professional. Did a great job with the water softener installation which is built in Germantown, OH. Took care of a small leak for me on the fly and they were cool about it. We live in Xenia and there's probably twenty different plumbers to choose from between Xenia and Oakwood, but my experience with Gordon when he first started stood out to me as a guy you can count on.
