Wait staff very nice and attentive. Great coffee!nFood was pretty good. I had the cinnamon pancakes and they were really good except for they tasted like fried onions. I’m guessing the griddle wasn’t cleaned well enough before batter was poured on?

My order was scheduled to be ready at 8:30a today. Went to pick it up and it was not prepared. Had to wait 35 min for the rest of the food. Then one of the workers dropped a box of food on the floor(not a huge deal, it happens). For to our destination and the home fries had burnt to a crisp chunks in them. The sandwiches we ordered were not sandwiches anymore from being put together so sloppy. Then we had a second order a little later in the day. I asked to speak with the manager. I very nicely explained the situation on the order not being ready and not being up to par with the usual food. He said he wouldbe right back. Headed to the kitchen and kicked the door open making it very well known how angry he was. We stood there for 8 minutes and he never came back. So we just left with no resolution to the issue.

We sat down at our table at 11:01. At 11:05 our waitress comes takes our orders and brings our drinks. We don’t see anyone or hear from anyone again at all. I sat and watched nine DoorDash orders go out the door while we’re waiting on our food. We wait until 1213 which is over an hour from when we came in And decided to leave. This is an acceptable an unbelievable really! I won’t be going back to Bob Evans on Dorothy Lane again.
