I was asked to leave because I would not put my mask over my nose. So, I went around the corner to the subway on Woodman & tipped the guy $5 after he made my sandwich without harassing me about my lace mask. Lost a customer. I won't be back.

I've been coming to this location over 8 years. The other evening they refused to serve me! I have chronic uncontrolled asthma & cannot wear a mask. I have a doctors note & I told them this but they still refused. This is the only place that has refused helping me since the start of the pandemic! Does the owner know his employees are refusing service to people who should be allowed in keeping with the Governers mandate that masks are not required for those with a health condition preventing that? This can be considered refusing to serve a person with a physical disability! Does the owner know & not care or will he correct his employees mistake? I want to know this! The employees were rude & belligerent and completely wrong. Please contact me regarding this incident! By the way this is also the only Subway that has refused me service! If another was within walking distance I wouldn't go to this one again!

We have ordered twice in last two weeks. Very friendly and love the $5 foot long. However today I called twice. No answer. Went in and man told me to get $5 foot long I would have to order online. If you change rules you should notify someone

My eyes are bad so I couldn't see the girls name on her name tag... But she was tall, lean, with blonde hair and was wearing a subway bandana for a head band.nI was actually having a bad day at work so I chose to leave for lunch and take a few minutes to try and reset my frame of mind. Glad I did. This girl is a perfect example of good customer service... She was so friendly and actually made eye contact and was making small talk with everyone she made sandwiches for while I was in there. She must have been able to read my energy when I came in bc she actually mentioned something about my day (I was still wrapped in my own thoughts when I answered her, so I don't remember how she worded it).... But it felt genuine. I never leave reviews... Ever...I don't even know if she'll see this... But I hope she does and I hope her positivity spreads like wildfire. The world would be a better place

Are use the online app and ordered 2 foot longs two days in a row. Both days the app said my order was ready for pick up but when I got to the store they weren’t ready. The first day I only had to wait a couple minutes and everyone was very pleasant. The second day Levi was very rude told me I just had to wait or I could cancel. When I asked how to get in touch with the manager she acted as if she was deaf and never answered me.They continue to make sandwiches for the people who kept coming in the store and waiting in line. My order has been placed 40 minutes before all of the people in line
