Maintenance has been excellent. Had a few issues since moving in a month ago and they have been great. Fast response, pleasant and very knowledgeable. If they can't fix something bring in a specialist like plumber etc. Stephen and Mike ud83dudc4d

I had such an amazing time living here for almost 2 years and I can't speak highly enough about the staff and the property! Such a great location with the ferry into Boston only a 3 minute walk. Also, a movie theater, and 5 restaurants on just the other side of the parking lot. Multiple beaches and fun south shore towns just within reach. All in all I had an amazing time living here and its a great place to live if you're looking to eventually buy in the south shore. :)

Our brief stay at Avalon at the Hingham Shipyard was awesome. It was a beautiful area. The leasing team was very responsive, the tenants are very nice, it is pet friendly, it is clean and freshly painted, units are pretty soundproof, appliances are top notch, the area is convenient, the neighborhood quiet. No complaints here. You would be lucky to stay at the Shipyard.

My husband, daughter and I lived in the Avalon Shipyard apartments for about two years and had a wonderful experience there! The Management and maintenance staff are very friendly, competent, and prompt with all of our requests. The grounds are maintained perfectly and the amenities made our time so enjoyable. The proximity to the commuter boat and trader joes were a huge benefit for us and we found our neighbors very friendly. We would definitely recommend these apartments to our family and friends.

Perfect place to live with your family. I love my house, everything works, and when you need assistance with something, the maintenance people are always there to help. Nadia, the community consultant, has been nothing but amazing to me and my family, ever since we first check out this place it immediately felt like home and now, after one year, my appreciation only grows. Totally recommend it!
