Firstly, I'm sad to see the subway club go but totally understand the need for change. today I went into the store to order a subway club which I didn't realize had been discontinued which would have been fine had the employee not been so so rude when I asked for it. He pointed upwards to a very small sign saying, cant you read?? So I just turned around and walked out. Totally uncalled for.

The customer service was great and I was able to utilize my military discount because the general manager has family in the military. The manager even gave me a 'hoo-ya!' on my way out.

My husband and I had a great experience at this Subway! The employee had great customer service and we were able to get the food that we wanted. I would recommend this Subway any day :)

This is the only Subway that I know that routinely runs out of bread. This has happened to me multiple times. The last time there was no wheat bread or bacon. Do you think that it would be important to have bacon for chicken bacon ranch subs? I will avoid this location for a few week, give them another try however each time I am disappointed.

There was only 1 person working. I don't care for places that only have one employee. He was fast but there was no stock so he was trying to rush and do everything himself. Like make the bread, cover lunch rush, and take care of stocking the toppings, etc. He did a good job of making sure things didn't get too bad but I could also tell he's alone a lot. That needs to be rectified. I did an online order but I was missing the guacamole on my sandwich that I paid extra for and didn't get a refund of a receipt but everything else was correct so not a huge deal. But that guy needs some reliable help.
