We love this location! We live near the Bethel rd Donatos and they mess up our order every time (we have them many chances over the months). The Fishinger rd Donatos ALWAYS gets our order correct. It’s a drive for us but it’s worth it: we eat here 1-2x a month.

We love thin crust pizzas and the variety that donatos has to offer, but this location seems to always have longer delivery times for whatever the case may be. This time they said 50-60 minutes, the pizza was delivered at around 70-80 minutes after we placed our order and when it got here it was cold, not warm, not room temperature but cold. Typically we choose to go pick it up ourselves to avoid the longer delivery times, but at this point I think we'll just order from a different location entirely and pick it up or go with a different pizza place. The person that took the order over the phone wasn't rude by any means, but he wasn't thrilled either. Just not a great experience any way you look at it.

It was out for delivery for over an hour for this to be delivered to my house, I live less than a mile from the store.

We have never had an issue with this location until tonight. Placed an order online for pick up and didn’t realize that we had an my old debit card number still on our account for payment after receiving a new one. Nobody called to notify us that another form of payment was needed. When my teenage son arrived to pick up the order they told him the payment was declined. After we realized the mistake, we called to give the new debit card info over the phone so that our son could bring home the food and the manager Sabrina stated that they couldn’t take payment information over the phone per company policy. Anyone that calls in an order can give payment information over the phone so that’s completely untrue. We will no longer be ordering from this location.

I've always enjoyed Donatos pizza but this one was a total failure !!! how is it that you can deliver someone's food and completely forget an item which was ordered and paid for and do not mention anything about it when you deliver the food... on top of the cheese bread being burnt completely ud83dude24ud83dude24When it was taken out of the oven I'm sure that it was noticed yet but you sent it out anyways??? smh this speaks volumes about your customer service and that you dont care about the quality of your food.The pizza did not have the taste of a regular Donatoes works ud83cudf55 either. I will never order from This Donatos again. Wish i had of waited before leaving a tip because you definitely wouldnt of gotten one!!
