Fantastic idea, wish they had more locations. I have a German Shepard and bathing her in our bathtub is a nightmare. The ceiling, floors, walls, literally everything, including ME, get covered in water and hair. Quick bath for her here and I still have a clean bathroom at home. Saves me a couple of hours clean up.
Facilities are nice. The card reader charged me 3 times for the wash of one medium (20#) dog, attempts to contact owners were futile.
Machines don't accept quarters..wand broke in one stall. Can't read some of the choices for washing.
Our dog hates it but we loved it lol controls are just like a car wash.
Prices are good the blow dryers excellent but the water stream could be better water more water
