I when there to got some food for mum, her boyfriend and me as a treat well when got our order the food was like they was throw together a kindergartener could put it together to be honest, and they mess the order up also my mum boyfriend only got one soft taco right and on the other taco just have the meat sauce nothing else and other one have tomatoes, the other have more or less stuff on it and i order crunchwarp supreme with hardly anything on it might just say i had more bread than anything and the nachos fries was a joke to be honest you get more fries from mcdonald... the amount of fires we got was a tease you get more cheese sauce than the fries... it like they went to hell and not care how they make your food, before the covid 19 got so bad they make the food amazing but now it sloppy... well just a mess and i know i wont ever get food from there ever again the only thing they got right was just our drinks
went there last weekend messed up my order, gave me nachos instead of a taco. Then today they forgot 2 soft tacos, a small fry, and didn't make the burritos how I ordered them. I took the food back inside and just asked for my money back, the manager gave me an attitude. I told her I'd never be back. I really liked that place too...but its not that hard to read a screen and follow directions.
Great service today. Had a big line and my order was pretty big. They did not rush me and even though I had several items with changes ( -lettuce /tomato / special sauces) everything was made perfectly. Staff was very friendly as well. A+
