I was a loyal customer of Saveway for about 2 years, spending an average of 150 dollars per month on my dry cleaning with them. In February 2012 I asked to get two pairs of suit pants altered and dry cleaned. I thought they had returned to me in the massive batches of dry cleaning that I picked up once a month and assumed I had lost the two pairs of pants when I couldn't find them and was left with two suit jackets. I even asked about them when I went to the cleaners each month.nnFinally, about 11 months later, they emerged when I was picking up my cleaning. I asked why they hadn't presented them sooner and the attendant got extremely defensive and rude, telling me that I hadnt presented them with the right receipt. I asked to speak to the manager, and he did nothing. I paid for everything and left and will never return. I would encourage you to use other dry cleaners in the area that respect customer loyalty and don't lose track of your clothes and then blame it on you.
