i had my agent reach out to Russell for a new listing, she contacted him numerous times to set up a showing when he finally replied back days later stating the open house appointments have been filled. we put in an offer, sight unseen because we loved the home, location and everything about it, but to top it off, we didn’t even get a call or text back letting us know they went with someone else. i think this is not only unprofessional but for someone looking for their first home this has been one of the worst experiences.
