Though I do not own a home just yet, agent Isabel Robinson has been extremely patient, kind, and helpful in answering any and all questions I have as I prepare to start searching for my first home. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable and has eased so much of my worry heading into the home buying process. Being a first time home buyer in this market appears to be extremely tough. Isabels personality, passion, knowledge, and willingness to go above and beyond before I even step into the process has truly set my expectations for an agent very high. I highly recommend working with her!

Going through your first-time home buying process can be very stressful but that was NOT the case working with Isabel at Movementum Realty. We never felt rushed to make any decisions as it felt like she was working with us, not just for us. She has great knowledge and was very prompt on responses to any questions we had as there’s a lot to know and look out for. She was great with negotiation as we felt like we got the property for a “steal”. She helped us navigate through everything from the first initial offer, all the way through closing. She even showed up on our closing date with a gift basket of home goodies; it was awfully sweet of her as it was out of her way during our first snow storm of the season in OCTOBER. I would most definitely recommend Isabel to any of my home buying friends and family as I know she wouldn’t disappoint. We look forward to working with you again in the future!

Very professional, committed and hands on service. Younger, newer agency that has the energy you would expect from an up and coming agency. No complacency here. Wide array of agents covering Southeastern Massachusetts. I have had towards a dozen transactions with this agency and recommend them enthusiastically.

I came to Banessa with a house already in mind to buy. We did not need to look at any houses, just get everything done. Knowing I had the house in mind, she did not work to negotiate at any point. She worked against my negotiations when an electrical issue came up in the walkthrough and she tried to argue that it shouldn’t be fixed, and then the sellers/sellers agreed that it was a necessary fix. She did not attend closing and was unable to be reached afterward to coordinate getting the keys to move in. Would not recommend.nnShortly after leaving this review I was contacted by the broker and told to take down the review of my experience. I came back and noticed that many of the businesses they work with on real estate deals (not the ones getting service, the ones making money) left reviews right after I left mine. These are not honest customer reviews and a potential buyer should not care that the lawyer or other broker is happy with the transaction. In the end they are not the one getting the service, they always benefit. Those reviews should be removed as a conflict of interest and have a high potential of being quid pro quo.

Movementum Realty was fantastic to work with. We got a bid on the first day it was on the market which I believe was due to Shawn Maloney’s detailed description of our house, making sure we got the right buyers to look at it. Movementum Realty came highly recommended from a friend and I’m glad we went with them. Our agent Banessa Gonzalez was always available to answer questions and made certain we were kept in the loop. Six weeks and we closed. Banessa even represented us at the closing since we had already moved out of state. I couldn’t ask for more!
