Great price, great service, great people. Installed a replacement tankless system and service was performed professionally, timely, and matched the quote. Highly recommend.nnEven after the install they came by the following day to install matching shingles on the side of the house where the old pipes were removed.nnExcellent service!!!

My hot water heater went last Friday morning . I called Pilgrim plumbing and heating to see if they were able to come out and install a new one for me. Within an hour Brian was at my house installing a new hot water heater!! I highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you again Brian for going above and beyond to help us during this pandemic we are experiencing!

We were fortunate enough to meet Brian when we did some bathroom renovations years ago and have been calling on him for any plumbing issues since. He is always punctual, professional, and friendly. Recently we had decided to replace some tile with hardwood flooring and was given a week to get things ready for that job which required getting a plumber to disconnect the clothes washer, toilet and sink. My husband thought there was no way we’d get a plumber in time as it had been a little while since we needed one...but I said it’s Brian, he’ll take care of us. I called and spoke with Sandy whom by the way is so nice, professional and friendly...she understood the time sensitivity of our needs and the next day told us that Brian would be out the day before the work was to begin on the floors. As promised and on time Brian was at our front door. I called Sandy again to schedule Brian to come back to hook everything back up and it all went off without a hitch. I can’t convey enough good things about Brian, his staff or his company. If you’re looking for a great plumber who is also friendly, considerate, neat, prompt and professional...look no further! Thanks to Brian and Sandy for taking such good care of us always!

Brian and Andre did an awesome job for us during our bathroom reno. We were doing the work ourselves. They worked with us to figure out the approach and come up with a plan. Also worked with us on schedule and were accessible when we had questions. Would definitely recommend!

After finding a leak on my 3 year old water heater inlet pipe. I called Pilgrim Plumbing & Heating. Sandie in the office is great to deal with, Sandie followed through with an appointment that fit our needs without the need to call back. Brian showed up on time and completely understood the problem. He completed the job in the estimated time he told me it would take. Comparing the initial job that was done when the house was built and the job Brian (owner) did, I wish the builder had used Pilgrim Plumbing & Heating for their plumbing needs. If you are looking for an honest and reliable plumbing company, I highly recommend Pilgrim Plumbing & Heating.
