Had everything I needed and great customer service

Had needed items, gave them to me at fair price (matching lower price at aTrue Value elsewhere). And really nice about it@

Kind of just had it with true value at this point. I needed assistance and there was no one around. I finally got a young man to help me and he was rude beyond comparison. It was obvious that helping me was a great imposition on his time at the cash register. I asked him if he had a larger screw than the one I was looking for. He looked at me kind of discuss it and said no we don’t have anything larger and then said thank you and walked off back to the cashier. The entire interaction lasted all 10 seconds. And, it began when he asked in a tone of voice and suggested he was fed up with me “ So, you want someone to come help you?”nnIt’s off to Lowe’s for me!

Nice and neat store. They have pretty thorough supplies, and are very helpful.
