I’ve really been holding off with writing a review and trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but I just can’t seem to get a good BLT wrap from here. Third times the charm, I had to write a review. The wrap tastes stale and it’s made with 2 wraps as if the guy didn’t know how to make it. The only good thing i can say is at least it has all the ingredients in it this time unlike the last two times I have ordered a BLT wrap from this location where I didn’t think I needed to explain what went into a BLT. I used to love Jersey Mikes but now I’m just always disappointed.

Absolutely blown away by the professionalism of a young man named Alex. He handled a Karen's ridiculous complaint in a perfect and professional manner. I'd recommend anyone here just because of the customer service!!

Only downside is they charge extra for cheese. Very good sandwiches.

Had 2 regular sized cheesesteaks only because I couldn't decide which to get and I don't have many Jersey Mike's near where I live. The Big Kahuna and the Chicken Chipotle. Both were very good.
