Place is not that clean. Dryers used to be free. Now you have to use a card for everything, that has initial charge for. Also, if you are not comfortable being around maskless people during a pandemic, don't go here. Place used to be my go to. Looking elsewhere now.
I asked the worker what time they closed.... she said 12 midnight. I went back to pick up my clothes, and they closed before I got there at 11:30.ud83eudd2cud83dude21
Machines always broken. Dryers take forever when they work at all. Drunk and high customers loitering all the time. My final straw was having to watch someone shooting up while I entered with my laundry. Never again.
Not the cleanest place and the dryers never work. Always have to re-start the dryer more than 5 times for all my things to be dry.
the customer service there is terrible the spanish lady cant speak english at all and had an attitude. my washing machine was broken i had to spend another hour and she was giving me attitude and refused to give me the owner contact information i hope he see this GET BETTER WORKERS THAT SPEAK ENGLISH
