Used Professional Carpet Systems for the first time today. I was extremely satisfied. Arrived right on time, took the time to explain about hose and line going from house to truck. We had our basement carpet and 2nd floor stairs cleaned since we just moved in, Nick and Tom, and Stephanie, made sure we were satisfied with the outcome throughout the whole process, and even came back to make sure the old carpet stains on the stairs were removed. I can see now why they have such excellent reviews on google. They are very professional, well knowledgeable in their craft, and friendly attitude. Will be using them again for my future carpet/rug cleaning. Don’t hesitate to use them for your carpet/upholstery cleaning needs.
