Called and asked if they could sew a patch on a jacket the women on the phone was extremely rude. Wanted to see when I could drop it off and she said not today and hung up on me. Wasn't a customer before deffinetly will not be one in the future
This place is horrible- DO NOT USE! They do not take care of your items!!! I brought my husbands suit, dress shirt and a cocktail dress to be dry cleaned there. The day before I went to pick it all up, I decided to drop off my wedding dress to be cleaned and boxed up. My husband goes the next day to pick up the suit and cocktail dress, they don’t have his shirt ready, fine no big deal. I go back 3 days later for the shirt, they don’t have it all. I said okay, I’ll check at home, maybe my husband made a mistake. I double check the bags, nope not in there. My husband gives me the ticket from the original order and I just went in again a WEEK after I dropped of my wedding dress (just to double check if they have the dress shirt) only to find out that my wedding dress was ROLLED UP IN A BALL AND TOSSED IN THE CORNER!!!!!
Very good cleaners. Been using over 30 years. Excellent alterations. However I find them to be a little overpriced.
I am not sure my coats were actually cleaned. They did smell and still had the same dirty spots they had before I took them. They are overpriced which I didn't mind, but I was expecting a better service!!!
