First time in the Hanover location. I had been a VIP member in another city prior and was able to simply call ahead and change my info before dropping off, which is helpful since I always have at least one little one along for the ride. When I went to pick up, it was easy, and Rob even helped me to my car since I had the baby in his infant carrier as well. Great service!
