Great place for waxing services. Staff is very friendly and professional. Facility is clean and well kept. S/o to Rachel who helped get my eyebrows on fleek. 10/10 would recommend.

Malorie P was my cerologist and was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel so comfortable in a situation that would otherwise be very uncomfortable. She worked quickly and the whole process was pretty painless! The facility is beautiful and clean. Everyone there is so nice! I should have done this for myself much sooner and I will definitely be going back!

I went to this facility for a eye brow wax. From all the good reviews I guess I was expecting more.... I mean it wasn't bad it just wasn't what I was expecting. The room was clean and the gal was ok. I guess I wanted more of a "spa" type experience. Like it would of been nice if the room was dimmed with a water feature or relaxing music. I get that you need good light for your job, but that is what the magnifying light is for I thought? I was also expecting more lotions, more or a light massage? My appointment lasted 15 minutes, not the 30 that they promoted. I wanted a Nordstrom type experience. When I have gotten my eyes done at Nordstrom it was a lot of lotions, potions, color matching, stencil, rubbing and messaging, A lot of plucking, waxing, calming environment and talk about what was right for my face type. It was a 40/45 minute appointment and worth every penny. I felt like "Waxing the city" could have a Nordstrom experience if they wanted. Just a few tweaking. I think if you are going to promote a 30 minute personal experience then there may be some work to do. If you want a 15 minute experience then I would reduce your prices. I think it was pretty expensive for what I got. Plus I didn't like some of the pressure of buying "your" products and giving a 20% tip, and rescheduling on the spot. Just some thoughts.

1st time getting a Brazilian wax and this place is awesome!! Highly recommend. The girls are fast and professional. Great price too!
