I recently moved down to south Ogden and was looking for a new nail place. I went in with 2 nails on (I know really cute) I got there and they sat me down super quickly, yet didn’t ask what I wanted done, just started removing my nails. Not only did they not ask what I wanted done, but during the removal process they cut my nail as close as they could and slid another unglued nail under the acrylic I had on already. Causing damage to my nail bed and some pain on my end. Not only is that super bad for your nail but shows the nail tech lacked basic knowledge of the removal process. Then he started to shape my nail without asking me the shape I wanted. I wanted the coffin and let him know after he started filing my nails. He added acrylic and then cut the sides into a ballerina/almond shape. I do love the color a lot but the shellac is messy. I went home and end up filing my nails down to the shape I wanted. I liked them after that. But not even a week later my thumb nail is broken. Super sad to have wasted my money. Will now be driving an hour to my old nail place because this is so incredibly disappointing.

Me and my family went in today for three pedicures , two full sets and a fill and my grandma gave 100.00 tip so well over 300.00 the pedicure guy said nothing to me and the lady doing my fill took off most of my set I got two weeks ago and did a horrible painting job! Then at 8:00 tonight they called and said they forgot to charge for one of the nail sets umm.. how do I know that!? It seems fishy to me!
Came here with my mom to get a pedicure and it was fantastic. Did not disappoint 👌🏼
