Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I cannot believe that this is such a successful chain of restaurants. I just had the most flavorless, uninspired meals I've ever had. I got the pretzel bites, burger and substituted fries for some onion rings. First impression was the pretzels had some strange seasoning on them that absolutely did not go well with pretzels and cheese. Also, The cheese was watery and gross. I ate about 3 and couldn't stomach any more. So I set that aside started on the onion rings, again, there is some sort of seasoning on every single item that is just unfamiliar and bizarre. The onion rings seemed like good quality but ruined by poor flavor. The burger was edible, but quite literally have had better burgers at every single local diner and it was completely unseasoned. All around awful experience and completely regret spending the 30 dollars I just spent, and I currently feel nauseous. Won't ever be back .

If you want a great, thick, juicy burger, Red Robin is the place to go. My favorite is the one with the poached egg on top. Messy by delicious!

They were pretty slow which was frustrating; however, the food tasted great, our orders were correct and hot (they hadn't been sitting around), refills were delivered promptly and when our reward card didn't register my husband's birthday burger they took it off anyway. I really appreciated that!!

Really great staff. Good drinks and great food. Kids had fun with the menus and games on the tablet. Almost forgot my purse and the waitress caught us at the door.

Food was great, fast friendly service.
