Came here for the first time with our extremely dirt minivan. The staff was very nice, helping me with the kiosk. The whole process was smooth and easy. Not too crowded. Would recommend it.
Superior wash. Employees are very courteous and knowledgeable. Favorite car wash. Really like their monthly plan.
I went through the wash in Webster 3/19/21 and the blowers ripped off a part of my car. I went in to the office and they had me fill out a form and the site manager took pictures of my vehicle. He said he saw the part in the wash but it had been run over now and he couldn't return it to me. He then apologized and said someone would be in touch with me from the main office in Pittsford on Monday next week since it was a Friday. It's been a week AND NO ONE CALLED. SO I'M STILL WITHOUT A BRAKE LIGHT COVER AT THE TOP OF MY VEHICLE. THEY DON'T CARE. THEY PUT YOU THROUGH THE MOTIONS LIKE THEY'RE GOING TO DILE A CLAIM AND IT'S A SCAM.nnDON'T USE THEM! IT WAS THE BIGGEST MISTAKE. I'M GOING TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.
Nice wash and the vacs for the washers are great...sucked up something and the attendant quickly helped me open the canister and retrieve my possession. She was really nice about helping.
It was wonderful I enjoyed the experience it was the 1st time using Royal call wash loved it. Car looks great.
