I was pleasantly surprised that when i went to get my wash they accepted an old coupon for a free wash. No hassle just friendly service. I equally love that delta is a big part of the donations to childrens hospital rehab telethon. It's wonderful.
I love going to the the car wash! It's like a psychedelic experience, the bubbles, the colors! And it smells so good! Very efficient moving of the line.
I was just at Delta Sonic, Walden avenue location. In line I was rudely told by a guy that basically there was not a car wash for under $20. As he tried to get me to buy the most expensive wash. He made me feel like I had to leave as I tried to ask for just a basic wash. I'm not an unlimited customer and with the way I was treated today I will probably never be. I prefer Royal at this time, much better customer service I did not deserve to be treated that way. To top It off when I got home both sides of my car had spots all over them that I had wipe down as the girl didn't even do a good job. She acted like she didn't even want to wipe it, I gave a tip which wasn't deserved.
Great customer service and treatment, my sienna looks brand new everytime. Mind you my baby gets wash at least every other day but hey..... Delta .... great service all around.
I asked for them to turn the under spray off as I do at every delta sonic location because the mechanic that undercoated my truck had told me that it’s not good for my vehicle. I’ve never had a problem with this before. The person operating the car wash at this location seemed flustered and told me that he would and then never did. It’s upsetting because I pay a lot of money for my vehicle and try to keep it protected.
