I love it!nThe staff is so helpful and welcoming: they can answer to anything you ask for!nAnd.... after a few tries: forget route 1 shops: ACE have all you are looking for there. At the right price!nAnd above all I love all their kitchen supplies.nYou come to buy screws at first but you don't leave without buying also a bread dutch oven ud83dude42... or a Lodge pan... or some good priced paint.... or....nI go there at least once a week, just for the pleasure of going there.nLast but not least.... stop next door to get a food meal or croissant or éclair at Blue Bears!

This is my absolute favorite “hardware” store! They have everything and then some. Every single staff member is knowledgeable about their product and are more then willing to help. The store is clean and well laid out. The location is perfect for residents in the area and who doesn’t want to support a local business?

Young helpful staff with upmost respect. Helped reserved my order over the phone and even put it in my vehicle. Lots of stock and variety of products. Only negative is the store is hard to find as it's all the way in the back of the plaza.

When walking into Smith’s Ace Hardware, you expect to be in a friendly mom and pop shop, surrounded by great workers and a very helpful staff. Unfortunately, my experience at Smith’s Ace Hardware in Princeton was less than ideal. Moreover, it was very evident that the management did not care about its own employees.nnI had the experience of being “helped” by Teddy, and may I say his attitude alone is keeping me away from this store. He was very sarcastic, he seemed very condescending, and overall rude with my requests. What is more interesting is one of the cashiers referred me to Teddy. The fact that Teddy is considered to be a go to person is very sad. Helpful hardware folk? I don’t think so.nnAs I was waiting to make a complaint to the manager whose name is Carter, he did not show up, despite the front end calling him multiple times. However, it appeared that he was simply in his office. He would rather stay in his office than help a customer.nnThe store is definitely a health hazard, it is completely filthy, it smells disgusting, there is dust everywhere and the place looks like it’s falling apart. All the workers appear to just do busy work.nnDespite the poor experience, I found the young lady behind the paint very helpful, as well as the gentlemen in the Cleveland Indians hat. If anyone should manage that store, it should be those two.
