Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa

Came in for an interview with the manager. Manager was sick. Met with the owner. The owner was very kind. Second interview was set but I never got an email confirmation. I called in the morning to make sure the interview was happening that day still because there was no confirmation in my email. Megan the manager said it was 10 min prior to when I called and would check schedule to reschedule to interview. 6 hours go by and I call back and let front desk know I sent the manager an email and I haven't heard anything back. Megan says I wasn't handling it properly because I called her and sent an email. She was very unprofessional and I would not go here or work here with that management. When you are told someone is going to get back to you that should mean in a timely manner.

The inside of the spa is nice and calming. The technician who did my facial appeared to be new at doing them. She kept her gloves on the entire time causing friction and annoying noise on my face making it impossible to relax.nnShe told me I had some congestion around my nose. I asked her to remove it. She ignored me and proceeded to do my whole facial while my nose area had clogged pores. She never used the steamer to open my pores for the products to have better penetration.nnWhile my mask was on I could hear her flipping pages of something I assume trying to figure out what to do next.nnTheir pricing is deceiving. It is $99.95 for the facial but it was an extra $20 to get my eyes and lips moisturized and then another $20 to get a serum added. $140 is quite expensive for products to be put on my face without my skin sufficiently prepared.nnI asked the front desk if she was new and wasn't comfortable using the steamer. He had no idea what a steamer was and said that must have been an upgrade. I asked him to look for me so I could ask for that upgrade if I decide to go back. He couldn't find anything that involved a steamer as an upgrade. So I asked him again if she was new to esthetics. He didn't answer me. I then asked him if there were other estheticians who had more experience and used the steamer for facials. He says everybody there has the same experience.nnNeedless to say I will not be returning there for a facial again.

Very disappointed in the management they are never available to talk to you when you have a problem, when I did talk to someone (“manager” ) she was so rude. They kept charging me every month even when I had “frozen”my account. The Manager never said I’d get charged AGAIN if I would cancel my account. This is not a way to run a business, they should be ashamed. I will NEVER refer anyone because of the Management. The Employees I never had any problems, but MANAGEMENT at the Bedford should get some training on how to interact with their customers, because even when you go in person they are never available!!

Wow! If I could give you guys a 10 star rating, I would! From the minute I walked through the door you would have thought they have known me forever, I felt so welcomed here! I had been going to one of their competitors for quite some time and although the services I had elsewhere were nice, the overall experience I had at this spa was well worth every penny! My massage with Frankie left me floating out door.nnThis place is clean and the staff is professional! I signed up for a membership and booked my next appointment. See you all soon!

Every therapist I've worked with there has been great. My most recent visit was so exceptional I knew I needed to book my next two sessions asap! They are taking their COVID precautions very seriously and I felt 100% safe in their facility.
