Had an unexpected appointment come up and needed hair cut for 4:00am and they said No walk ins, sorry make an appointment!!nI couldn’t do that as this came up the night before,nSeems I could of got a 10 min haircut it would have helped me out a lot and would have put a little more cash in there pockets my hair is short anyways but no one wanted to help or make me happy at allnI don’t get it at all

I have very kinky curly hair and came here for a blowout. My hair isn’t typically very easy to work with. Kelly did such a great job with my hair that I just had to come and say thank you!

I go here all of the time and have never had an issue! Unfortunately I went there a couple of days ago and the gentleman who was cutting my hair clearly did not have enough experience to do a simple men’s haircut. I literally have the easiest men’s haircut instructions and this guy took twice as long to cut my hair.I had to fix the haircut when I got home because I didn’t want to say something in the salon. I go here all the time and never had a bad thing to say but the guy with the black cross earring needs to go back to school....or find a new career.

Fast & friendly service. Convenience of online check-in and seeing if or when it is busy or not is ideal to me! Oh, and prices are more than fair, what I save I add into my tip. Help those who are doing so great!

Unfortunately not a pleasant experience. The lady was just too patronizing and asked me gazillion questions and wanted each and every detail to be entered into the system. And just for the record, I have been a great clips customer for very long time and all I was asked is the phone number. And this lady asked rest of my details. I asked if it's for COVID 19 contract tracing and she said no. She confidently said that it is usual Great Clips policy to get all the details from customers. But, this is my first time at a Great Clips facility that I have been grilled with so many questions.
