Jared was great to work with. I reached out to see if we they would participate in our charity event collecting shoes for those in need. He was more than willing to help out. Prime Place is a great organization.

I live nearby and recently had a rather expensive package sent to Prime Place by accident. With the help of the management staff, I was able recover my package with ease! After reaching out to Jared and explaining my situation, he was more than willing to help track what I had ordered and get it returned to me. Thanks again for taking care of me even if I am not a resident, it is greatly appreciated.

The leasing staff is very friendly and informative. The location couldn’t be better, it’s a 5 minute walk to campus AND the haymarket. It’s very centrally located in Lincoln. Parking is free and pets are welcome here. This apartment complex has really improved from prior years. The current staff seem to really care and try to be helpful as much as possible.

The leasing staff are friendly. They replied all my messages on time. Jared is very friendly and he helped me a lot. The apartment is very clean and quiet.
