This company should be barred from owning property in this town if legally possible. In the opinion of multiple people in our neighborhood, they do not have an understanding of local market prices. Most of their properties remain vacant several years after a building was completed and they have just about ruined the Railyard. WRK could do us all a favor by selling their properties in this town to a company or broker that knows this market. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

They are very hard to deal withnWe tried to lease out 2 buildings from them everything was ready except we spent about a month trying to get an answer from them.nthey never return your call or even answer the phone unless you stop by and wait for the manger for alomst 30 till he come out and not even have time for you.nthey don’t trust you they stick their nose in your life and business they want you to do the business the way the like. I have a friends leasing building from them contact will be done end of this year and they will never do business with them again.

My dad works here and from the looks of it it's very nice and the managers and nice too.

Fair and honest... They are making a big difference in the city. Taking what was old and decaying... rebuilding and making cool. Truly a company with great vision.
